The trial ends after 14 days, $1 of usage or 25,000 requests, whichever comes first. Keep up to five stored assets. No card is required, and the trial never turns into a paid subscription automatically.

- Choose Balanced or Fast
- Both model options work with the 2,000,000-token relevance-ranked context window. The conversation, instructions, attached context and response share the available space; long material may be shortened to fit.
- Return to your conversations
- Save chat history to your account and continue where you left off. Your account page links to your most recent conversation.
- Read and develop documents
- Attach supported documents and text files, ask questions about the material and work on drafts. Review the resulting text and files before use.
- Research and collaborate
- Use web research with source links, organise projects and invite people into rooms. Voice and video calls require browser permissions and a suitable network.

Chat and image usage count against your plan's allowance. Review your usage and remaining allowance on your account page. Video generation and embeddings are not currently available in the chat plans, and neither are developer API keys.

Before you choose
- Will creating an account charge me?
- No. Create an account and verify your email to use the free trial, with $1 USD of usage and up to five stored assets. It ends 14 days after account creation or when you reach $1 of usage or 25,000 requests, whichever comes first. Usage follows the rates above. No card is required, and there is no automatic charge when the trial ends.
- How do I subscribe?
- Choose Lite or Personal above, sign in and complete Stripe checkout. Your paid plan and monthly billing start when checkout completes, even if you have trial time left.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel at any time from your account, or email hello@elara-cortex.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. The full terms are in clause 8 of our terms.
- When do you refund?
- If the service materially fails to perform as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us, we refund the affected paid period, pro-rated to the days affected. If you are charged twice or charged in error, we refund the difference in full. Apart from these cases, or where the law requires it, a paid period that has started is not refundable. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act always apply. The full terms are in clause 8 of our terms.
- Are these unlimited plans?
- Each plan carries a monthly request allowance and a usage allowance in dollars; usage beyond it is metered at the rate card with 10% off for subscribers.
- Can I buy team seats or API credits?
- Enterprise and developer API access are available by enquiry, with scope and availability confirmed before purchase. Contact us to discuss your requirements. Chat subscriptions do not issue developer API keys or include API credits.
- How is my work handled?
- History is stored under your account. Share links make a copy available to their recipients, and AI requests use configured model providers. Read how Elara handles data and about Elara.
